These chilled peanut & coconut brothy noodles might be the most flavor-bang for your time-buck recipe I’ve ever dropped and are perfect for when you just can’t be bothered to turn your stove on this summer.
I didn’t include a protein in the recipe below because I was in the mood for something veggie-heavy but if you wanna hit that 100+ gram protein goal feel free to toss some leftover chicken or a block of crumbled tofu on top.
