Hey gang!
These crispy shrimp tacos are the next installment in my Weeknight Bites series, where we make simple, healthy-ish meals that come together quickly and won’t fill your sink with dirty dishes.
Warm, charred tortillas filled with a super simple green cabbage slaw, a colorful cherry tomato pico de gallo, and all topped with a drizzle of a quick & easy garlic-lime crema.
