I’m a firm believer that delicious food doesn’t have to fill your sink with dishes or take forever to cook. This is a first installment in a new series called Homemade-ish, where I’ll be dropping recipes, tips, & tricks so you’re never more than 15 minutes away from a tasty meal.
Here is the shrimp that I like to use for this recipe, they’re really really tasty and if you catch them on sale they’re only $7.50 a pound.

Garlic-Honey Gochujang Shrimp
Makes 2 LARGE servings, 3 medium servings
Ingredients
3 cups frozen tempura shrimp (340g)
1/2 stick of butter (55g)
2 garlic cloves, minced (6g)
6 tbsp gouchujang (30g)
3 tbsp honey (60g, 45ml)
1.5 tbsp rice wine vinegar (plus additional to taste) (20ml, 20g)
Water as needed to thin sauce.
Sesame Seeds (optional)
Additional Salt to taste if needed.
