High Protein Buffalo Chicken Meal Prep Salad
What if you took your cheat meal and turned it healthy?
Hey gang!
This week I’m coming back to you with another meal prep salad and this one is an absolute banger. Pan-seared chicken breast gets tossed with a bunch of veggies and a killer High Protein Buffalo Ranch Dressing.
I’m an absolute sucker for buffalo wings and this has been a great way for me to get those flavors that I love in a more balanced way.
While I’m assuming most of you making this recipe enjoy spicy food, I do want to point out that the dressing would probably fall be categorized as “hot” if it were a buffalo wing flavor so you may need to adjust the amount of hot sauce in it to suit your taste.
