Smokey Herb-Packed Tuna Salad
Proof that your protein-packed tuna salad doesn't have to be boring.

Today I’m bringing you one of the first recipes I ever came out when I started making short form content a few years back, a smokey herb-packed tuna salad.
As I’m sure ya’ll know, tinned tuna is an absolute goldmine for lean protein (96g per pound or 1 gram of protein for every 5 calories) but there’s no reason you have to make the same bland version every week.
This one is packed with flavor from smoked paprika, lemon zest, and fresh herbs.

Smokey Herb-Packed Tuna Salad
Servings: 4 large servings of salad.
Ingredients:
4 7oz cans tuna packed in water (98g cans)
3/4 cup finely chopped parsley (about 3/4 bunch)
Zest from 1 lemon, juice from 1/2
3/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (190g) *see note
1/4 cup low-fat mayo (60ml) *see note
2-4 tbsp smoked paprika (2-4 big pinches)
Salt & pepper to taste.
