Hey gang!
It’s been rainy and dreary all week here in NYC so I decided to drop the recipe for one of my all-time favorite comfort meals; Sweet Potato Mac & Cheese.
I started making this recipe over 10 years ago at the first restaurant I ever worked the line at and it’s OUTRAGEOUSLY good.
I’ve scaled it to yield about a quart of sauce, which is enough for 1lb of cooked pasta and still have half leftover to freeze.
